A name, a phone number, the service address, the machine and its symptom — whatever you give us by phone, text or the form on this site. That is enough to schedule the visit, write the price, do the repair and send the invoice with its coverage, and it is all we ask for. We hold it for the length of the coverage on that repair.
To our own scheduling and invoicing software and to the form service that delivers website requests to our inbox. Nowhere else: no lists sold, no lists rented, no marketing texts or emails from us.
None for advertising or tracking. If we ever count visitors it will be in aggregate, without identifying you.
